their email was false advertisement. Went in there after receiving the email about them moving and have to liquidate. I call and make an appt and go in, the sales guy at first says I dont deal with the numbers part of it I just sell the cars. Walks away and comes back and says my payments would be $800 without even looking at my trade, says sorry we cant help you and shows me the door. then I get an email from someone and I express my experience. never heard back from him. their customer service and loyalty to past customers... read more

Don’t EVER buy from this dealer. And if you do...don’t EVER get the extended warranty!!! I have been trying to get them to approve a repair for over a week now! The warranty company approved it...however, the EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, specifically Jason Binder, will not respond to the warranty company to approve the repair. There is a clause in the warranty that states the dealership needs to approve anything over $750! Absolutely horrendous service at this place!!!

Recently I had my 2019 Chevrolet Colorado in for required oil change. Melanie (Service Writer) was the ultimate professional ensuring that I was comfortable and taken care of while waiting the service to be completed. I’ve had good customer service before at other dealerships, but Melanie is the absolute best!!
