Dave is new at Len Stoler and has done a great job in welcoming me to look around, answer my questions and test driving until I found what I like without pressure.I had a good experience with Dave all Friday afternoon and with the whole team who helped me as needed. Started out with a phone call to see if posted price was a legit price. Salesman said price was correct. Headed down to see the car which was 1 and a half away. Got there and met with Dave ( a newbie sales person, nothing wrong with that). After a test drive and car trade apprasial the fun began. The price on the website (Len stoller price) is after you qualify for total bogus incentives which hardly anyone qualifies for. Both Sharon and Marty are so nice and caring they make you feel so welcomed and take care of you. I can not even express how thankful I am to them. Bought my new Chevvie Malibu hybrid here. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, but the parking lot is so small. I was afraid of being sideswiped or running into something myself. It took quite a while to get the car cleaned up, but when done, it looked great.
I have been a long term customer of GM and Chevy. I have a 2014 Chevy Equinox that we just had repaired for a faulty acceleration pedal. I have to pay 325 out of pocket because neither GM or Len Stoler want to pay for it. I'm not sure what part they missed when my engine shut off in the middle of a busy highway and I could have died. Only when someone gets killed and a recall is issued will you company Care about its customers. This should be covered under warranty and not the responsibility of the customer. Unbelievable!! Service is friendly but very slow over 2 hours for 7500 mile service check which isn't much more than oil change and tire rotation according to owners manual wow
