First of all I called them because of their name. It was an easy and professional process and I received money back that by law the dealership did not have to give back to me. Like my extended $1,400 warranty and my 2 registrations for the 2 years I had it. I would highly recommend them to everybody. They went above and beyond what I had hoped for. On top of that they are so nice and understanding. I liked everyone who would respond to questions during the process.

I purchased a new custom German sports vehicle and of the 2 ½ years I owned the vehicle, I spent a good year and a half in and out of the dealership for months at a time. I cannot begin to thank Kimberli and her staff at Lemon Law Pro! I purchased a new 2017 Ford Fiesta last year which broke down in total: 7 times. Lemon Law Pro is a God sent help. All the staff who worked on & with my case did an amazing job on resolving my situation with Ford. I bought a 2017 Escape in 2016 1st owner. It had 5 major things thingswrong with it. I took it back to Ford and they told me they don't see the problem while its there bring it back when it happens. I went through the BBB mediation.
