Lasting impression to clarify experience was not recent. Upon arrival I wanted an estimate and to resize a bracelet. Lady immediately started to process her notes before giving me an estimate. Made me feel strongly uncomfortable. Clearly was a miscommunication but how I was treated was unprofessional and rude.
