Have lived in one of their Morton properties since it was first built. Lovely apartments, nicely maintained grounds, quick to respond to maintenance requests.

We've been at Woodfield barely a month and have been loving it! The staff has been so helpful and courteous for anything we've needed. They take good care of their apartments, and thankful to be in a very comfortable homey environment.
My daughter & I moved into the Pekin Williamsburg Townhouses 10 months ago and I would strongly recommend residing here. From the beginning; the friendly & professional office staff made sure my paperwork/ move in was off to a swift & great start. My home is increcibly spacious, updated & clean for a very reasonalbe price. We live by great people and the grounds are safe & children friendly as well. what's funny is that my girlfriend and I and our kids live in the apartment I pay for and have payed for for 2 years. our baby is 1 year old and they are going to kick us out of our apartment even though I payed every rent payment on time and never have cause trouble. they want her to fill out an application to live with me. so if they say no I cant live here with my family? this company is a joke and recommend renting from someone else.
