I went to the Pekin office location today on Willow after my car battery died and I asked them if someone could jump my car. I told them I had jumper cables and the lady (short dark hair) literally said to me "We don't do that". I was in disbelief! After being in my car crying for ten minutes, a man helped me and gave me a jump. I think it ended up being the maintenance guy for Willow Oak Apartments...... owned by LEMAN. Thank you to him!!!
Better care for your properties!! Takes you weeks to mow your grass, you guys Never clean out the gutters!! Apartments have mold all in the windows!! Not worth living here, for what i GIVE you guys in rent each month!! Dont recommend living here at all.. I won’t be living here soon, believe me!!
this is my 3rd year renting and I'm moving from Williamsburg to Sunset Villas. I am so happy with how smooth this transition has been going. I've had great neighbors at Williamsburg and it's been very uneventful which is what you want with community living. their agreement with Pekin Police and their strict rental policies have done them well because I have had no problems what so ever. I HIGHLY recommend them!
I live at their meadow lane apts. I love how maintenance always comes right away when work needs to get done. It is a relief to know i am taken care of!
I have lived at Jefferson Place for over a year. It is quiet, well kept, and Maintanence is always on call and available!
Living over in Sunset Hills apartments has been wonderful!! Maintence guys have been great at keeping the sidewalks clean and all repairs done!!
the girls in the office are so sweet and the maintenance men are great at their jobs!
