I just moved into a apartment the ladies in the office were so patient cause one of my references took a week to get back to us and I was on a deadline to get the January special. We made it!!! Today I renewed my lease with Pekin Williamsburg Apartments of Leman Properties! I went to the office and Kylie Reagan greeted me with a smile and quick to ask if she could help me. We got to business and within 15 minutes we were done and chatting about the weather and such. I had a fun time with Kylie while we took care of business easily. I was offered coffee too! Nice! I have a very nice apartment and have been there for 2 years. The management is nice and I enjoy being where I am.
The Residential Manager of the Willow Oaks complex is absolutely amazing. We have had quite a few issues with other tenants since moving in in August of 2017 and every time she has been so helpful. There was a recent issue that she went out of her way to do everything to make sure we felt comfortable and safe in our apartment. The on call emergency maintenance guys are so amazing to work with as well very helpful and tend to be efficient as long as they have everything to get the job handled. We have lived here almost 4 years at the Lakeside Apts. and love it. We have great neighbors and when there are maintenance issues the maintenance crew is quick to fix them. We are happy to have dependable mowing, leaf removal, snow plowing and salting sidewalks all done for us. This is a great place to live!
I have been with them for over a decade. I think they take a lot of pride in the properties they manage, and care for their residents.
I have been living at a Leman Properties apartment complex for going on four years. The apartments are a nice size and on a quiet street. Maintenance has always responded when I alert them to an issue. There is plenty of parking, and I enjoy riding my bike around the neighborhood. I am happy with my living situation here.
anytime I call and need something fixed, they are at my apartment with in the hour to help me, the apartment was clean when we did a walk tho
