He took time out of his day and spoke to me on the phone, explaining what could be going on and setup an appointment on the spot. Lely and Ben patiently explained everything after looking at my blood work and suggested a medication. I can honestly say after 2 weeks, I feel like a million bucks and it’s all bc of Lely and Ben.

This is only the interaction with the owner. It has nothing to do with the service they provide, but the fact I ask them a picture of the hydro facial machine just to make sure they have the correct one I’m looking for they make me seem. I was crazy, but I just wanted a picture before I pay anything and very not understanding from the owner side and seems very pissed
