We are excited to introduce our new location in Newcastle, Oklahoma. We have combined our two smaller stores into a new 20 acre superstore. Despite the unbelievable amount of space we now have; we maintain our little RV General Store feel. We offer a wide variety of new & pre-owned motorized and towable RV's. Top manufacturers in the industry such as Vanleigh, Forest River, Thor, Keystone, CrossRoads, Cruiser, Coachmen, and Dutchmen are in our line-up.

Friendly customer service
Only have one problem with the RV General Store. I bought a Kodiak 220RBSL, It required a modification to the Murphy Bed but the parts were in the front of the storage trailer and you could not get to them. You were moving into your new building at the time. I ended up moving to Florida and stayed for 2 years and am now back in Oklahoma. I have called to try to get this done and I have been told that to much time has passed and it is pretty much my problem now. What is important to me is great customer service and that is what I got when I went to RV General. I asked a lot of questions and looked at everything. Once I decided on an RV they took care of me like I was the only one in the store but it didn't stop there. I had a few human errors setting up that same night & when I called for assistance they not only answered my questions but made sure I was taken care of. Everything! From our great salesman Forest to all the techs and sales force, it is a wonderful experience each and every time we visit RV General Store. They care about you, and it shows in how they treat everyone.
Weâve purchased several fifth wheels at RV General Store and weâve been pleased with them and the service we received. We also like the lifetime warranty.
The young man that sold us the three was very accommodating. He drove me around on a cart as I have difficulty walking. The only thing he forgot was to sell us a starter kit or tell us it was separate. The finance man was awesome
Our salesman was so helpful, he showed us several RVs and listen to what we had to say and would try to find one that met all our wishes. He came across the one we bought by accident because it had just been brought in that morning and wasn't even showing on the computer yet. Lucky for us he talked with the manager and explained what we were looking for and he knew just the RV for us. The transaction was painless and not over aggressive.
