We are excited to introduce our new location in Newcastle, Oklahoma. We have combined our two smaller stores into a new 20 acre superstore. Despite the unbelievable amount of space we now have; we maintain our little RV General Store feel. We offer a wide variety of new & pre-owned motorized and towable RV's. We started off a little rocky with a list of problems on our vibe, but y'all treated us very good and did everything possible to make us happy and with y'alls hard work you did just that, your service lady was amazing and the head mechanic showed us so much we dident know, phillas stayed right on top of everything that was going on and we are very very happy we picked RV GENERAL to be our dealership! thanks for all your patience with us

Tom was very helpful when I bought the rv and the rest of the crew did great on service, well beyond the required things! Really a great RV company to deal with, Just good old home down country folk that treats you right.
You all went way above and beyond to take care of us and get what we needed and wanted. We are from out of state, but have told everyone we know it's well worth looking to you all for their next purchase.
Great Friendly Staff. My Salesman Forrest was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. However on another note, I have 7 out of 14 LED lights out in my 2018 Keystone Sprinter. I have contacted Parts about 2 months ago, and service this week, and am waiting on some help !!!!! MY score of 10 will change if I do not get some help on this !!!!!!! Please check into this and provide the service with the sale !!!! Thanks !!
