We are excited to introduce our new location in Newcastle, Oklahoma. We have combined our two smaller stores into a new 20 acre superstore. Despite the unbelievable amount of space we now have; we maintain our little RV General Store feel. We offer a wide variety of new & pre-owned motorized and towable RV's. Very friendly and knowledgeable
We were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, and gat a very fair deal.
My regular salesman was not there the day that I came out and I was taken care of by another guy that did a wonderful job. My guy was I thinking Estes Park Colorado on vacation. Although I have not bought yet I still plan on being a customer. Everyone was courteous and thoughtful and beyond everything else professional and treated my wife and I like family. I've been to other places in the Oklahoma City area and when it's time for me to buy I will purchase our RV at the general store.
I had some issues with my new travel trailer, RV general store handled them quickly and repaired right the first time. Service after the sale is just as important as the sale.
Forest was great to work with. Everyone at RV General was very professional, accommodating, and friendly. We probably would never shop for an Rv anywhere else. The warranty really sold us!
Tom and the sales team were not pushy and trying to rush my wife and I into a purchase of a camper. They are just a great bunch of people at the General Store and easy to work with.
