We are excited to introduce our new location in Newcastle, Oklahoma. We have combined our two smaller stores into a new 20 acre superstore. Despite the unbelievable amount of space we now have; we maintain our little RV General Store feel. We offer a wide variety of new & pre-owned motorized and towable RV's. Top manufacturers in the industry such as Vanleigh, Forest River, Thor, Keystone, CrossRoads, Cruiser, Coachmen, and Dutchmen are in our line-up.

The service department is always very helpful and I do think they tried their best to solve all of our problems
People help with questions.
Explained how everything worked on our motor home and were glad to answer any questions we had about it. You did not try to push us into buying.
Customer service, outstanding. Buying an RV for the first time, from out of state, single woman, and doing almost everything via text and email, the assistance from everyone I was in contact with at RV General was amazing. Even after the purchase they still were responsive to my text and emails asking questions about the RV.
RV General Store has amazing customer service after the sell. They came to our home one evening to help trouble shoot a problem (we are newbies), and even met us after hours one time to purchase a part we couldn't leave on our trip the next morning without!
Bought the camper we wanted at a fair price. Good service after the sale.

I pulled through a car wash on the day we were leaving for a two week Colorado trip and tore the AC off the top. Extremely upset and heartbroken, I pulled it straight to RV General Store. The service manager greeted me and said "you are going on your trip today". Sure enough, all of the technicians worked for several hours on it and we pulled out for our family vacation by 1:00 in the afternoon. --Amazing Service!!!
Forest and the entire staff simply listened to our RV desires and genuinely helped us achieve our goal within our budget...customer care at its finest! Face to face contact and a firm handshake is what started our journey with the RV General Store. We love our motorcoach! The Milams
