Great they are reliable and always on time and a great drive
Had a great trip from Wollongong to Sydney with driver Kevin. Picked up on time and arrived in plenty of time for my flight. Only feedback back is the company really need to send confirmation texts to clients of booking and pick-up times/location. Someone else did my booking and then for two weeks I heard nothing so had to follow-up to ensure my pick-up.
If I could give no stars I would. Terrible and unprofessional service, after I booked a flight to match the pick up times the driver left after my flight was 7 MINUTES late. I then had to wait for an hour before a new driver arrived. Management didn't want to take any accountability and basically said don't book us again. Completely unprofessional service and such a shame this local business can't provide reliable airport transfers.

I'd like to take the opportunity to say a massive thank you to the company and especially the driver(joey) for being at the Sydney domestic terminal for my pick up to Wollongong, as the flight was 1hr late, and didn't land till 10.45pm.... I highly recommend the business for being very professional and friendly....10/10 definitely.... Rob Harvey 26/11/2025
