I am so lucky to have Dr. Leinwand as my primary eye doctor. I have been under his care for the last several years. In the spring, he referred me to Dr. French at Carolina Eye. I had cataracts removed from both eyes in July along with refractory surgery. I am SO pleased with the results! My distance vision has gone from 20/50 to 20/15 and I only need readers to use the computer and read other print material. I called Dr Leinwand’s office on a Wednesday afternoon to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I explained what was going on with my eyes (I work from home and look at 3 computer screens for 8 hours a day) to Lynne. She told Dr Leinwand what was going on. I work from 930-6 Monday thru Friday and really needed to get an appointment ASAP. Long story short they stayed late on Friday so I could be seen at 615. I sure wish I had found Dr. Leinwand years before. This is the best office I have ever been to. No long waits, best service, best price and the nicest people I have met in a long time. Forget the big fancy offices where they herd you like cattle from one station to another! This is service with a smile!!
This place is a joke. I took my husband and it cost way too much. The doc would not listen to his symptoms and rushed him out. When we finally got his glasses sent back they were broke and had to wait longer for a new frame. We finally found a new eye doctor and he was diagnosed with Binocular Vision Dysfunction. Every symptom we told him and he said it had nothing to do with his eyes. Please find another doc if you can!
