Extremely disappointing move-out experience. I was charged for alleged damages that were never adequately substantiated. When I challenged the evidence and provided my own documentation, the matter was still sent to collections. Renters should carefully document everything before moving out and scrutinize any charges they receive.
New tenant here. Toured a couple places in Raleigh before settling on Leigh house. So far, things have been great! Had a wonderful experience with the leasing agent, Camryn, and had a small maintenance request that was handled quickly and efficiently. The people seem great and definitely happy I picked this place.

I am currently moving in. So far I love these apartments. The staff are super nice and helpful. The grounds and buildings are well kept. My apartment is very clean. Fellow renters are friendly. The whole aura is positive.
