The staff is nice, but the property is kinda dingy and dirty. There is a HUGE roach problem, the insulation from outside to inside of the building isn't consistent, the gate attached to the main building has been broken and they refuse to update residents with any kind of plan to fix it (Which is an invite for car break ins - which have occurred and still months later the ga... read more
A beautiful and convenient place to call home. The office team is very responsive and their monthly events are sweet! Very pet friendly; there are fur babies all over. We love Leigh House!
ive lived here since 2019 in the same apt and loved it. up until the current management. everything has gone to s**t since to cut costs so greystar or whoever can pocket more money. the vehicle that was stolen was mine in april. my other car had its window busted out along with multiple other cars and their response was to quickly close the gate to make it look like it worked. the north lot gate has been broken and left wide open for months. one of the main reasons i moved here is because of the gated lot. ive watched cars d... read more
So far, so good! The managers have been available and helpful when I need them. The place feels like home. It is clean, there are not noise problems, and there is a great variety of exercise equipment!
