I have been a customer of this salon for about a year but Unfortunately today will be my last time. The manager happened to be my technician today. And As in the past she is rude , abrupt and completely unconcerned with her client. She burned my nail with the little grinder because she’s looking at text while she works or never gets off the phone long enough to even ask about the length of my nails or shape. This is the rudest most unwelcoming business I've ever experienced. The guy at the front desk is the only saving grace for this place. The techs were rushed and unfriendly;never said a word during the whole process, not a hello, goodbye or thank you. Only 1 other customer in the place. $50 to soak my feet, half cuticle treatment, rinse and polished in about 30 minutes.The job looked fine, but no better than what I do at home. I had Mary and she did an awesome job!!! She gave me no charge for the removal and then put a beautiful ombre with red butterflies. Also they are newly renovated and it looks really cute in there now. I will definitely be returning for all my nail needs 🙂 they are also doing drawings for discounts and free dips and I actually won a dip!! They are all very friendly I definitely recommend.
