They practice shady business. Bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson certified pre-owned from them. As a negotiation point they used a missing key and a broken windshield. Come to find out with it being a certified pre-owned it has to have both keys and a non broken windshield. When questioned them about this they don’t want to be bothered in the least.
