Dan in sales is very knowledgeable to talk to and always friendly. I reccomend talking to him if you're in need of a new car. The Express service at this dealership is a lifesaver. No appointment needed, and it's quick! servicing my car has never been easier.
Horrible service. Spilled oil all over the engine, had to drive back because it was smoking. Drove back again because the coolant cap was missing and they tried to tell me it was like that?!
Had a great experience at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. Our sales guy Dusan was excellent as usual, he listened to our concerns and really helped us find the best vehicle for our family. I would definitely recommend Hyundai. Everyone was very kind and courteous.
2.5 hours for an oil change, WOW. Then after I sent a text to ask how much longer to the person I received a text from 10 minutes after I got there, I was told with a slight that they weren’t even working that day. Glad a waste of my time was so funny to Lehigh Valley Hyundai. Finally when I found someone on my own that could help me, they tried to up sell me at least a dozen different Aeromexico car could use after waiting almost 3 hours for an oil change, you gotta be kidding me. We were very impressed with the service we got at Lehigh Valley Hyundai!! I would like to highly recommend our salesman Sam. He was so wonderful! He wasn’t pushy but very helpful with all our questions. I was extremely impressed with the time Sam spent with us,he showed me how every feature of the car worked which was so helpful to me. I would give 5 stars on how we were treated!!!
