Because every time I go there it takes at least three hours for a oil change even if I have an appointment. I just had them check my back brake light and was told it was just a bulb which they replaced. This morning I started my car and the light is on again. That means I have to take in again. When my right tail light went out I had to take in four times before it was fixed.
I was in Emma’s visiting family and had a problem with my brake lights I had a bulb broken off in the socket and a blown fuse because of it. The charged $79.95 to fix the bulb and$80.38 to replace the fuse $179.68 to replace 4 spark plugs $139.95 to flush coolant. $249.10 for transmission flush. I really believe i got ripped off because I was from out of town. I was there from Cincinnati. Recommend you get a written quote before allowing them to work on your car.
