My review is mixed. I give a 1 for the ER department. I came in with a cat bite one of the first ones in and was put in the hallway. Plenty of rooms open. What bothered me was the way the head nurse who was just feet away talked about other patients with no regard to privacy. I wasn't given any food even though I asked for it and when I went up to my room I was still in my clothes because I was never given a gown. My mother was brought into the ER from a car accident 15 hours ago. She is still in the ER, and sat most of the night in a hallway.
Here over 13 hours with my father and still sitting in the ER waiting for a bed. I understand overcrowding and emergencies but when someone is brought in with a stroke they shouldnt sit in the ER for that long. There are more gripes with this and how the staff treated him but id rather not rant and rave here. But anyways still waiting in the ER. Ill update when we finally get to the room.
