Being told at 9:30 AM that patient will be discharged by Noon Friday (since he wasn't discharged Thurs because the Dr wants 1 more blood test in the morning), me waiting from 10:00AM until 5:00PM !!, not seeing a Dr all day (even tho we were told the Dr is on his way from the other building), excuses all day always blaming someone else (waiting for the coumadin center to return my pages, waiting for his cardiologist to return my call) Donna from "Communications" saying she will print that info out for me so I can read it whi... read more
All staff members were so nice and professional. Even lent an ear when I got so depressed about my medical problem. Would not go to anyone other hospital networks.
