Taking your car to the service department and being charged $708 for a front axle replacement to find out they never checked the transmission fluid upon completion. I also don’t recommend dealing with Jason or Mark because they believe you should blame the customer for their mistakes. Instead of offering to tow my car back they told me it was my responsibility.

Their willingness to actually negotiate. Trades are most always the deal killer. They bent in the proper direction. By Improving their bumper to bumper from prior years, and excellent financing options, allowed a fair deal to be struck. I have the willpower to say No and walk away. I had a very positive experience with Lehigh Valley Acura. I worked with Ray Ruiz and The general manager Eoin. Everyone who assisted me was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. In addition, the overall culture of the dealership was warm and inviting. I would recommend them and would purchase from them again.
My salesperson was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Purchasing my Acura RDX was a very smooth process!
