I had My Service done recently (B16) and Jason Rose was very informative, they asked before doing any work... to include my inspection that was expiring in 3 days.... which I would have forgotten about. I always get the best customer service from the service department here that I ensure to coordinate my visits when I am visiting family - even though I am almost 2 hrs away and have a service department 20mins from me!!!
A used 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 with a questionably cheap asking price had been advertised by this dealer for 3 months. We telephoned from 1 hour and 15 minutes away and spoke to Robin. She said drive right down and connected me with James at the used car lot on 333 State Street. He said drive here and we will have the car out to display for you.
