Terrible customer service! From the “promised calls” and follow up from the sales man(Carlos Wejebe) to the people scheduling the service. Carlos made promises to follow up with me about features on my car and never did. My husband even spoke to him and again made promises to call me and never did! It takes over a week to get an oil change appointment. I called to inquire about purchasing the oil and filter and do it ourselves and was given the price and told they had it in stock.
