Over all my wife and I enjoy living at Legends and would recommend it. The grounds and buildings are very well kept, the location is very nice (away from business but not too far from all your shopping), it's quiet, accept 2 pets, maintenance and staff are quick to serve your needs, and over all you cant find an apartment in area with as many positive reasons to live here for the price. I've lived at legends for almost 2 years now. Staff has always been very friendly. The maintenance department is prompt when anything is needed. The facilities are nice and we'll kept. Appartments are clean. I would definitely recommend legends!
Legends Winter Springs is ideally located on HWY SR434 near expressway 417. The staff is courteous, friendly and the maintenance team are very helpful and will make your residency here a pleasant one. There are many celebrations (holidays) and activities that bring the community together for a festive time and the best is you dont have to travel out to enjoy it. We moved in about 2 months ago and we absolutely love our new home! The people at the front are as kind as they could be and helpful, the maintenance crew is extremely kind and helpful! The apartments are beautiful inside and out, and the complex is clean, and landscaping is beautiful! We couldn't have asked for a better place to move into! Would highly recommend everyone to live here and the price is perfect! No complaints here
I moved in here 9 months ago and I am very happy with the apartment, the great staff and maintenance crew. Anytime I needed anything done in my apartment it was taken care of immediately. Looking forward to another good year!
