RENTERS BE AWARE**** This community is worse than living in the projects or the ghetto. The walls are PAPER THIN, the apartments are dirty and the office staff especially the office manager Jill and assistant office manager Alex have zero customer service skills and are EXTREMLY heartless and rude. If you like NORMAL things like getting sleep at night, parking, a clean apartment and ETC, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE for you. I hated living here. This apartment is too expensive for what it is. $1250 for a 1/1 with a parking space (that costs extra). Appliances weren’t that great. And it’s not even that much space. When you move out, they WILL find a way to keep your deposit, even if it’s BS claims of stains in the carpet (that they can easily get out with a good carpet cleaning company). They’ll also charge you $30 for your parking sticker if you forget to turn it in with your keys. $30. For a sticker. That they can’t even re use. While the staff... read more
worst place ever i lived here for 19 months and icouldn't wait more the parking is hard to get even the most of parking are reserved you hardly find one and will be far , we have to pay an insurance for the appartment , and the trach too we have to pay for it every month , the rent is too high for appartment with carpet which they charge us for the haul carpet after we finished our rent and they said for yellow spot in the traffic area they took 771.00 $ for it .and really they were so mean with us from the beginning Special... read more
RecommendedI moved to Legends on July 1st and could not be happier! The staff in the leasing office, as well as the maintenance staff, are the nicest people you'd ever want to meet! My apartment was SPOTLESS when I moved in! Very blessed to have found such a wonderful place to live!

the staff and maintenance here is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. All maintenance requests are fulfilled at a reasonable time. I love all the events they plan for the community. I can confidently say, this is by far THE BEST place I have ever lived at.
Don’t waste you’re money on a parking pass it’s worthless
Josh and I moved into Legends a few months after we toured with Natalie. The experience from start to finish was quite honestly, the best tour we’ve ever had from a property management group. We were impressed with how welcoming the entire leasing office is to its tenants (monthly events / social media page / treats in the office!) to say the least, it felt like home! We’ve been here for about a year and a half and have enjoyed the apartment and community. We enjoy going to the clubhouse for activities and the occasional special treat! The staff is so kind and the maintenance crew is quick to come do any repairs. I like to cook so it’s nice to have a lot of counter space in the kitchen area along with the nice open concept of the living room, dining room, and kitchen area so I can keep an eye on my kid while they play. I would recommend these apartments.
