Current resident but not for long. Countless issues with the staff in the office. They try to pride themselves on customer service for their residents but thats not the case we feel. Always something wrong or a new rule they try to enforce. Now apparently if someone comes to visit with a dog they want to be called and told? Yes thats exactly what is on our minds. We will be sure to call the office to let them know a dog is coming to the apartment. Its ok for countless “residents” to smoke pot on their balconies and have the ... read more

Legends has been nothing, but spectacular! Recently, I moved all the way from WI and the staff have been very inviting and welcoming. There were a few minor issues that came up in the apartment, but maintenance was there the next day to resolve them. It is a quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors and for moving across the country I am thrilled to have found this place I know call home.

Hi I just moved here two months ago & my moved didn’t go how I hope it would’ve gone as there was an accident on the way down from NY... I call Jill to let her know that I wasn’t going to be here when I thought I will be she was very understanding & compassion about my situation.... once I got here Jill & the entire staff were very understanding with what I was going thur..... my new neighbors that I met while moving in were very friendly & warm they made me feel comfortable.... I've lived here for just over a year. Jill, Tara and the leasing office girls are wonderful and friendly. They listen to your concerns and actually act on improving. They are always open to new ideas and events to do for their residents. Maintenance is great too. If they see you walking around they wave or talk to you. Charles is the man! The landscaping is always kept up with and the grounds always clean. The pool is great and always clean. You definitely get what you pay for. I absolutely love Legends Apartments! The staff is always friendly and maintenance is great! Great community to live in.
Moved into Legends a few months ago and it's already my favorite apartment complex. The staff is so nice and accommodating. And the maintenance team is amazing, always fixing things so quick. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful. Love Legends!
