We have recently signed our second 13 month contract. We simply love living here. It is quiet and peaceful, the staff is excellent and the setting is beautiful. I enjoy kayaking in the cove of the private marina, watching wildlife from the various benches and decks set up around the lake, and taking the dog to the bark park. I've never lived in an apartment before. I've found I do not want to go back to home ownership. Been here a month so far and I love it! Kayle made getting the apartment a piece of cake, especially being in another state. The area is really quite and secluded, but close to Saginaw and Lake Worth. Neighbors are great too!
