Everything was wonderful when we first moved in. Then the winter storms hit and now it is absolute chaos. There’s giant holes in our wall, random maintenance coming during all hours of the day with no warning. Yesterday we got home late and found out that every essential thing in our apartment was covered and we were not able to stay. No warning whatsoever. RecommendedAwesome place to live! The staff here strives for excellence! Apartments are nice and who doesn’t want to live on the lake with access to a boat doc for fishing and swimming!

Staff are hateful and rude, refuse to help unless an issue is absolutely forced to be resolved.
I moved in Legends in January 2020 and was released from my lease in February 2020. The reason I left is there is a male tenant in a dark blue hoodie who roams the grounds, trying to unlock car doors. On two occasions, I saw him walk from car to car in the parking lot trying to open car doors. I reported it to management. I was told that tenant lived with his mom (or grandma), has a lot of problems and they get calls regarding him all the time because of suspicious behavior.
