I am extremely happy with my choice to live at Legends at Chatham when moving to Savannah. The cozy floor plans and well-kept grounds are exactly what I was looking for in my move. Not to mention the staff is remarkably professional and courteous at all times. Out of all my past apartment rentals, I have never experienced a staff that displayed such diligence when it came to keeping each resident satisfied in their day to day life. I would definitely recommend Legends to anyone looking to rent in the Savannah area!
I was one of the first here.. The place was built by Mexicans so that alone tell you it's low budget.. I have spiders daily I'm talking big scary spide.. If you not white or Chinese don't stay here that white heavy set lady that drives the golf cart is a straight nosiy racist. All she do is poke her nose in people busines.. Amazing apartments, grounds, and staff. I moved to Savannah three months ago and already feel completely at home, in most part, due to my new "family" at Legends. <3
The Legends on Chatham Parkway is definitely the place of choice! Clean, homey, the staff is amazing, & the area is safe! LOVE how this community is what I look forward too be living in!!
The absolute best Complex! I have been a resident since February 13, 2016 and I have no regrets. The staff is wonderful. They take pride in taking care of their tenants. This week is Tenant Appreciation Week. Breakfast was given to tenants Monday morning as we exited from the Complex. Today, was Taco Tuesday. It was also my Birthday. The Legends Staff and X'finity Representative acknowledged it with food from Legends and goodies from X'finity. Wednesday is Valentines Day.
