Poorly managed property. Facilities not kept in working order and over priced
DO NOT LIVE HERE! During Hurricane Dorian, the entire "management", I use that tem loosely, took off for Labor Day Weekend, left us with unhelpful emails, then said they will still charge a 10% fee if your rent comes in after we were told to evacuate! So they price gouge tenants and again break the law by giving 3 days to pay rent, with a fine when the rest of the country gets 10 days, legally. DO NOT LIVE HERE! This management is being investigated by HUD, yet still refuses to obey thevFair Housing Act that have so severely violated. Thank you to the maintenance staff for jumping through hoops to figure out my air conditioner problem! I appreciate their hard work, diligence, and responsiveness.
I have lived here for 1.5 years and when I first moved in it was great, office staff were professional, and maintenance requests were finished same day. Now everything has completely gone downhill. Maintenance requests for simple lightbulb changes take weeks, broken bench in the dog park that is a HAZARD takes over a week to remove and almost 2 weeks later still has not been replaced. Their new community free Starbucks machine is either not working (because office staff are too lazy to keep it clean), there are no cups to pu... read more

Heck no! Staff is terrible and their is always issues!
Nice property, convenient to downtown, mid-town and south side. Make sure you fully discuss the requirements you must meet if you have a pet....only negatives are a few disrespectful dog owners who refuse to pick up after their pet and impatient drivers constantly breaking the security gates. Very efficient with taking care of maintenance issues.
