It’s a great place to live
I just called tried to get info about the complex. The person i was speaking to was not helpful at all and unfriendly. She made me feel like i was wasting her time. I will keep looking

Legends at chatham has a great staff that is very personable and accommodating. The amenities (pool, gym, grills, etc) are always well kept and clean. Overall, the community is very welcoming :)
We've lived at The Legends at Chatham for a little over a month now and cannot imagine spending our time or money anywhere else!! The complex itself has thought of absolutely everything from grills at the pool to hand sanitizer dispensers at the garbage bin!! We're SO centrally located it takes 10 minutes to get practically anywhere!! Pooler, Savannah or Downtown Savannah. We highly recommend if you're looking for a place to call home in Savannah you check out The Legends at Chatham Apartments FIRST!!
Excellently laid out apartments, great management who keeps it touch and throws seasonal parties, wonderful amenities (grills, pool, fire pit, gym, dog park and "clubhouse") and nice neighbors. If you have to live outside of Savannah's Historic District, this is a great place to be, plus it's only about seven minutes to get downtown!
Legends at Chatham is a very pleasant place to live. The staff are friendly and responsive to any problems. The other residents are respectful. The grounds are very nice and the pool and amenities are clean and well cared for. We enjoy living here. We are close enough to Savannah downtown to access all that it has to offer, yet in an area that I would consider pretty safe. Lots of birds, even a few stars visible and pet friendly.
