Verified Renter Okay so far. Not the best apartment complex but definitely not the worst. It’s located in a convenient area with lots of big retails around, but in terms of facilities and the overall conditions, it’s a bit out of date. However, I truly appreciate they replaced all the HVAC systems earlier this year. It really helps combating the heat during the summer and lowering the energy bills.

Verified Renter I have been here coming on my 4th lease. As far as access, I love my unit up front. The unit is great. Only thing I would change is the carpet. Any time there is an issue, I send in the request via the website and within a few days it’s taken care of. The maintenance guys are all really fun to work with. They come in focused on the task at hand and they always do the repair quickly and then explain to me how I can fix it if it happens in the future. I do like it here. Verified Renter Love it here. Staff in the office is really helpful and the maintenance staff is always fun to work with. Only complaint is my carpet. It was worn when I moved in 3 yrs ago and I am not exactly easy on it. I asked to have it replaced and they said to wait another year. Hope I get it! Lol
