Verified Renter From the moment I filled out the application, everyone at the leasing office has gone above and beyond to make sure my moving went smoothly and I had everything I needed, the complex is very quite neighbors keep to themselves, and are respectful, green areas are well maintained and is enjoyable to walk around with my dog, maintenance team is very efficient and respectful when I need any repairs done, overall I’m very happy I chose to live here :)
Verified Renter I love the area. Only thing that is a problem is the fact that there isn't a recycling bin at all on the complex for me to dispose my recyclables.

Verified Renter Love the property but not the new management. I had a billing issue they they were just not willing to address or resolve and I ended up paying something I did not agree with. I have decided not to renew my lease due to the lack of their willingness and just lack of concern to the issue.
Verified Renter Quiet neighborhood, even when the kids are out playing. Staff is always friendly. Maintenence usually responds quickly, just remember not to leave the deadbolt locked because they may forget about you if they don't get in the first time. Pet-friendly, but be warned that there are sprinklers in the dog park, so pets may get muddy.
Verified Renter It has been my pleasure to live at Legends at Chase Oaks. I love the property, residential options, employees and service options. I love my apartment and the community at large and am thankful that the area is quiet. Service requests are responded to in a timely basis. I would recommend anyone to live here.
Verified Renter Move in was great, and office staff was very helpful. Any issues I found were resolved in a quick manner. Community is clean and well maintained.
Verified Renter Maintenance crew is PHENOMENAL!!! Don't have a lot of issues with our apartment but whenever we do, they handle it! Rent increases are hard to justify because no improvements are being made to our apartment or complex. The security gate (which provides NO security) will not open periodically OR remains open for days-which is what I prefer. Security gates are a joke.
Verified Renter The property has changed ownership 3 times since I have been here. It has improved with picking up trash on the property. I hope not to be here next summer because the AC does not work properly. Needs upgrades to all the units not listed as "quartz"
