Verified Renter We have been residents of Legends since 2014. There have been three different management companies during that time. Willow Bridge seems to be working harder to improve Legends. We appreciate the staff's efforts in this regard. Having said that, the area on the east side of building 3 continues to flood every time it rains. Other than that, I have no complaints. As my wife says, we love our Legends.
Verified Renter Quiet, very well maintained complex. The office staff are considerate, patient, and helpful. The maintenance and grounds staff are polite and on the ball. They even wave as you drive by!
Verified Renter Management has been responsive to general requests and community kept clean. Package center and pool seem to be challenges, as is proactive communication of community happenings. Would also love to see a return to events to build a sense of community.
Verified Renter Resident experience has been good. I love the quiet neighborhood & have seen positive changes regarding the pool & gym. The renovated pool is much better, quality work done on it.
Verified Renter Staff makes this place as good as it is. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and goes out of their way to make sure to help with any situation. Complex is nice but the staff is why I stay.
Verified Renter We love living here ?? it’s nice and quiet. Great to sit outside on the patio and just enjoy the view and the quiet. The pool looks nice. We have lots of trees to see from our patio with beautiful green grass. Thank you for keeping the place nice.
Verified Renter I love my apartment's floor plan! The only issues I've found were the bathroom counters and toilets are too low, and the bathroom lighting is dim! The Maintenace request were answered much quicker than I expected and were fast and courteous!
