Verified Renter Could be better by making sure gates close and lock, pool is open to use, machines in fitness room are maintained to work properly and repairs should be performed in less than one year.

Verified Renter So far, as a resident, my move in experience has been absolutely HORRIBLE. On the day that I picked up my keys and signed my lease; I found that my garage door did not work. A maintenance person came by the next morning and worked on it and said that it was fixed. And it did work - for a couple of days. On the day that I had some friends to help with my move; the garage door quit working again and we had to bring EVERYTHING in through the front door.
