Legacy Trail is a great place to live on the north side of Norman. The office staff is professional and courteous, and they have done a great job making me feel welcome. The maintenance team responds quickly and makes sure repairs are done right the first time. The apartments are brand new and a great size for the price. I highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a new home in an up and coming part of Norman.
Very quick responses on maintenance requests. Attentive and supportive office staff, Jordan an Jenna are great. And with the insulation in the walls & windows my electrical bills have been averaging $40 to $45 a month. AMAZING.
This is such a great place! Great leasing and maintenance staff. Grounds are clean all the time and they have a wonderful valet trash service! 5 stars all the way!
I like very much,it is my first apartment in OK. The location and shopping is very convenient. Everything is new. I would like recommend it to everyone.
We love living at Legacy Trail. It’s so close to everything, eating and shopping. But we really love our unit, brand new appliances, wood floors and carpet, deep tubs and spacious closets. Everyone who comes to visit us always tells us how much they love our apartment. A home is what you make it, and we’ve made our home at Legacy Trail!
The staff is great, and the apartments are too. Quiet location, yet there are a lot of businesses nearby.
I love living here! Brand new. Clean. We love our dark wood floors. Classy touch. Always great service from the staff. Very fun little puppy community as well!
I’ve really like living here. It’s not student living and is really well kept. The apartments are really spacious and well organized. The bedrooms and bathrooms are separate and are big. Everything is high efficiency and we can see a difference in our bills. The office ladies are great with everything and got us into an apartment in a hurry. The apartment has a sound barrier around it, making it enjoyable walking around or at their salt water pool.
Very nice environment to live in! Everyone is nice also the apartments are nice. No complaints happy customer!
