Be aware when signing a lease with this apartment company. I signed a 3 month lease.They make you give 60 days notice and then ding you when you give 60 days notice and you leave early (5 days) and they apply a $1400 Month to Month fee. Paying for a pool that is never open on Sunday and there is Dog P*** and Trash everywhere.I was going to pay the 3rd month rent as per my lease agreement and then because I told them I was leaving 5 days early they slapped me with a $1400 penalty.Rent for one month $2,445.64!!!!!I will be fil... read more

We have been living here for a few months now and really like it .dog friendly and the staff are extremely helpful and pleasent. I plan on staying here until I buy my house.
we have lived here for several months. The staff has been amazing to work with, the apartment is well worth every penny that we pay. This is by far the best apartment that we have ever lived in.
This apartments are wonderful to live in and pet friendly. The dog parks give her a place to run around, although I do wish they were a little bigger. The apartments themselves are clean, great layouts and make it easy to share with a roommate! Plus Pat and Kaysea in the office are always accommodating and ready to help!!
Cheap construction, noisy and the staff is awful to work with. Terrible attitudes and difficult to work with when you leave - lots of unrealistic charges when moving out.
Thoroughly enjoy being a resident at Legacy Trails Apts. The staff is very helpful and the complex is always well maintained.
The most important thing for me is how the staff members treat their tenants. This has been my best experience dealing with any staff member. They always make it a breeze. Everyone is polite, professional, and caring.
Great apartments and amenities for the price, and location near Walmart and other shopping centers is even better!
