My wife and I have lived here for over two years now, and have truly come to call this place home. The amenities are excellent. The staff is incredibly helpful and personable. Any kind of maintenance request that we’ve had has been taken care of within 24 hours. If you’re looking for a modern, clean, comfortable place to live, I would strongly recommend Legacy Trail.
This place is great! The front office people are the best! The neighborhood is SO friendly it's so close to Walmart! Check this place out!
Neighbors smoking in the Apartments...coming through into ours! We have health problems and have complained to management several times.
I've seen some comments about the quality of the staff and I've got to say the staff is the #1 reason my wife and I moved in. There's good and bad with any place you live but Mindy was the reason we choose Legacy Trails and the staff is one of the biggest reason we stay. I would 100% recommend LTA.
If I could rate this a -5, I would! Me and my family were supposed to move in, but changed our minds because of the lack of communication and organizational on there part. However, we have not signed a lease yet and they will not give us back our deposit and said this it’s a policy of there’s, but that policy isn’t printed anywhere, it was NOT said to us and it’s NO WHERE to be found in the lease agreement (which I have printed off and read) I had to get really rude with worker there because she doesn’t know how to communica... read more
