worst towing company in the state – lying dickheads stole my custom truck saying it had been abondoned for two weeks when i had just bought 3 days earlier. when they towed my truck they busted my 4x4 system and bent my rear bumper and refuse to pay, diver of truck 18 cory shaffer denied all damages.office staff horribly incompetent and rude .Do not ever use Legacy Towing . call kearns towing, wasatch towing, shine towing, or jardine much more professional
possible criminal activity – This company took my vehicle even though they were instructed by my apartment complex manager specifically NOT to tow it (I had just moved in that day with a truck with expired tags that had been in storage). Beware – These guys are unreasonable, contradictory and outright mean. I too got the impression illegal substances were being used. Their business practices are extremely shady and include refusing to take anything but cash, flat-out lying and handing out business cards with the name crossed off. There is no need to go on a huge power trip just because you've got the ability to tow someone's vehicle. It's just too bad some people get off on or try to establish self-esteem by treating others cruelly.
AVOID CONTRACTING WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE GREAT LIABILITY INSURANCE! – Besides the fact that regardless of who owns this company, the people running the trucks are kids probably under 22 they are agressive, seem to be under the influence of illegal substance when i interacted with them. They are overly agressive and desperate to tow and car that is even 1/2 inch in a red zone. Personally witnessed them start booting and towing a car that was unloading groceries for a senior citizen.
