Total scam company! Worthless POS company! Signs are hidden, took us 5 minutes to find the sign to call to see if her car was towed. Two people watching and when confronted said they saw my friend on camera. Really? Scam POS spineless no honor bottom feeders! Will never ever let people use this company! Such Pos! And cowards!

Total scam. Our car and 4 others were towed from Blue Plate Diner back lot. Ambiguous signage that did not identify private property and no parking at any time. They hide behind a sign that says "authorized parking only" which we thought meant us, since we were patrons of the adjacent business. $300 later we got our car. 4 others were yanked along with us. I've read the many terrible reviews about this company but I can only speak for myself and my experience so here it is. We live in a gated apartment complex in Salt Lake City. We came home at about 3 in the morning on a Sunday and noticed a car parked illegally in our one covered parking space. Parking is very limited at our complex and people who live here are only permitted one covered spot regardless of how many rooms they have in their apartment. Legacy Towing saved my life! When I noticed my car was missing I knew it was totally my fault and I would have to pay for my stupidity. I called the company and the Manager was so freaking nice! He felt sorry for me being I just moved here from a different state and being a single mother. He said as long as your willing to work with me Im willing to work with you. And he did! Used this tow company last night to have a U-Haul removed from our apartment complex that was illegally parked. They came out without any notice, were here within 20 minutes and the trailer was removed. I can only say good things about this company and the professional manner in which they do the work that no other tow companies want to do because it is bad for their image. Thankfully my car didn't get towed, but this company is full of criminals. The dispatcher that I was able to contact first thing in the morning on October 14th, 2013 after my car had been tagged the night before at 11pm had HORRIBLE customer service. He refused connect me to his manager and offered no help to me what-so-ever. Our motorcycle was towed from our apartment complex after we talked to management and they gave us permission to park in front of our car in our parking spot. Tow company not only put a sticker on our mirror, which we will be having them clean off, but we put a note over it stating we talked to management and that it was okay.
