Unlawful towing – Worst towing company ever. They've contracted with thieves and villains to just steal people's cars. Had my car towed because I apparently walked off the lot I parked on--so it meant I abandoned my car?!? When asked how I was supposed to get my car back, the worker said I had to go somewhere 3 miles away. Didn't have any official credentials or information on the location. Easily The Worst Towing company In Utah – This towing company has to have a bunch of criminals operating their tow trucks they drive around and look for cars to tow when they have no right to tow they should all be back in jail where they belong. If you want to get ripped off deal with these guys BY FAR THE WORST IN THE WEST They don't even deserve 1 star they deserve a prison sentence

Excellent towing service, customer service – I had my vehicle towed and had a great experience with this company. They do take cash only which isnt too big of a deal but just so you all know. Everyone else is putting down the company-which of course is a natural response when our cars are towed. Nobody is going to "love" the company who towed their car but like my car-it was my own fault. Try not to be such assholes-it is a towing company folks. A+ for customer service and very helpful.

unprofessional and dangerous on road – Their driver cut me off so bad that night,like no one before,he did not use signal and was fast as hell.DOT and DMV should look at their record and shot down company.Safety zero.Folks stay away from them,if you did not sue them,do it.I had license plate of that truck but lost it.That was not once but twice in 2 yrs.2007 and 2009.

Unlawful Impound – I had my car towed away by Legacy Towing, There claim was that I was parked in a red zone. I arrived at Legacy at 8:15am Monday morning to get my car out of impound, Business hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Someone finally arrived at the office at 10:00am Cory Shaffer stated that the car was in the red zone and said he had pictures to prove it. AWFUL- Not being towed – could not understand a single word when I called their employee. Then the employee screamed at me because he had to repeat everything. I ended up having to look up the address online. I went to pick up my car and they said they wouldn't be there for 45 minutes. They were across the street at the animal shelter looking at dogs, while I waited. They had been smoking illegal drus.... awesome.

Professional and Quick – Despite which others are saying, I thought this company and the employee who towed my car for me were very professional, quick, and well priced. I called from an ad in the yellow pages for a tow and they were very prompt in responding. The driver was nice and seemed professional. When I went to the office it was way more nice than other tow company's offices I've seen. The owner was also there when I went to pick up my car and was very nice.

LEGACY TOWING IS THE WORST!!!!!! SERIOUSLY. – I have NEVER met such rude individuals in my entire life. They took my car although I had another tow truck ON THE SCENE. And called ahead of time to make sure my car was NOT towed. And all the while I was trying to deal with them they were extreamly rude when there was absolutely no reason to be.
