DONT DO IT! – ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES. Horrible Property Managers. Have had problems since day 1. They have not resolved any issues I have had, and when you complain they talk down to you, and tell you that you are the one that complains to much. Spray painting the grass does nothing to help the looks of this place either. Trash overflowing, loud neighbors...and nothing you can do when you sign a lease because you are stuck. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
RUN, DON'T WALK! – At first the property seemed to be clean and nice and management seemed to be friendly. However, once I became a resident and was locked into a lease I was disappointed. There were a lot of shady characters that loomed throughout the complex at night. The dumpster area was typically overflowing with trash and bugs along the sides where you drive your car up and on the sides. And there were lots of water bugs inside and outside of the apartment.
