Selling a farm property is unique and requires specialization. What I appreciated most about working with Legacy Farms is first they came out did an assement of the property and buildings and helped me agree on plan of action to "prep" the property before determining value and listing. Once we agreed, they reached into their network to secure contractors that would meet the necessary timing and quality standards.
