Very thorough and friendly team! We got full attention and time to ask and get questions answered. We’ve been to a number of local Urgent Care establishments in the past, but chose Legacy as our GoTo for all of our urgent care.

My wife and I went in because she was having seizures. She has Freedom Life Insurance / United Healthcare. They said her insurance card had a bad Member ID number. We were told they would update it. In the interim I got a bill for $1466. When I came back the next morning I was told they didn’t take Freedom Life and the bill was $4641. Totally unacceptable.
