RecommendedThey were competent and organized. Dr. Plubell took the time to listen to my concerns and delivered an effective treatment. The medical assistants Tanner and Gordon were thorough and friendly. i left feeling better!
Even though they have a sign saying they accept my insurance and the insurance website lists them as covered they would not take my insurance. They wanted to charge me $150 to see the doctor and then additional charges based on what the doctor wanted to do.

RecommendedMy situation was pretty straightforward but I got in, got my diagnosis and treatment, and got out quickly. I chose to go there rather than my primary care doctor at UTSW, and it saved me a drive and the time I would have needed to wait for an appointment with my PCP. They take my insurance, which is a big plus. The physician who cared for me was kind and concerned and i was very comfortable with her. I’d recommend Legacy for any standard health problem that needs immediate care.

RecommendedThere was barely any wait. The doctor (Dr. Ted Qualls) was more knowledgable that most about a chronic condition that I have, and whether the minor illness, for which I came there to be treated, would affect it. Every question was answered well. The entire staff was friendly and respectful. My insurance covered all but a small portion of the fee. My husband and I will be back there again, when needed.
