Best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. No waiting, staff was polite and quick. Received better care than ever received at primary care. Was sent home with detailed notes on diagnosis and what to expect in the coming days. Even received doctors note for work without even asking.

It was a great experience. Staff is very friendly and informative. Went in and moved over to ER and all my options were explained. Everything ran really smooth and quick. Facility was very clean and well ran. Thanks for the quick diagnosis and medicine to get me on my way to feeling better.

5 stars MAJOR shout out to Dr Rob Lapporte and the team at Legacy ER for helping me through a scary “respiratory distress” episode this morning. They saw me immediately, acted with the highest level of professionalism and genuine concern, and got me to breathing normally in a very short time. We are blessed to have such a great Doctor and facility in Coppell. Thank you!
