RecommendedGoing in for a COVID test the staff was professional and courteous, caring for my daughter and communicating with her rather than “dismissing” her presence and speaking with me.
My family has always been very well taken care of at ER & Urgent Care! Facility is clean!! (Someone is constantly cleaning the waiting area). Office Personnel is kind and efficient. Doctors and Nurses are professional, caring and compassionate, willing to spend as much time as needed with patient. I’d give this place 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️out of 5!!

Dr. Covington and thrust of the staffs were super professional. That are attentive to my needs and in less than 30 minutes they were able to find a diagnosis and provided me all the the needed procedures, and medicines. Before leaving, they provided me the things that need to do next and what to avoid... We are a fan off Legacy Urgent Care
My doctor sent me to Legacy ER, because I was feeling so bad and they were amazing. They were not only excellent at their jobs, but so incredibly caring. They gave me the best care possible and if I ever need urgent or emergency care again... I will not hesitate to go here for help. I can not say enough good things. If you need help... go to Legacy ER in Coppell.
Excellent care for my 3 year old during a Covid test this weekend. Legacy Coppell was clean, well staffed, not crowded, and the staff was caring and professional. The doctor explained and coached very well. We will be coming back to Legacy exclusively for any urgent care needs from now on.

What a pleasant experience at Legacy ER last night if you can even feel that way. I have a blood clot in my wrist and Dr Lapporte came in to speak to me. He was honest caring and to the point. He saved me some money and I was greatly appreciative. Love this place!!! Highly recommend it!!! Many thanks for them being close by.
