I had always struggled with upper back tension and tight shoulders. I decide to do something about it and go see Dr Ballam. After the first visit I stared to feel relief much in part to his Gonstead method of adjustment. After a series of visits the tension and pain was completely gone. Dr Ballam was very professional and extremely informative with any questions I had. I recommend him to any of my friends and coworkers with back and neck pain.
Dr. Ballam caused injury to my back that will result in lifelong pain. Use his service at your own risk.
Absolutely fantastic care for everyone in the family! My husband and I have been in the Apex/Cary area for years now and tried many different chiropractors---Dr. Ballam is wonderful. Great bedside manner and truely cares about your quality of life and health. He is also great with our two kids- 3.5 yr old and 15 month old. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
I have had problems with my posture and dealt with sufficient pain in my lower back and extremities since the late 1990’s! This place seriously changed my life. Two years ago I got severe nerve damage that originated from the spine and it flared up any other issue I ever had. Terrible migraines, shoulder pain, neck pain you name it. After trying multiple doctors and neurologists I felt hopeless, until I found this place. Everything aside from my nerve damage has improved drastically. I will be a patient for life!
Dr. Ballam is the best chiropractor I've been to. He's helped me tremendously after a major car accident. I feel so much better. Seeing the comparison Xrays and posture pictures, it's evident how much improvement I've had. I had never heard of the Gonstead technique until I found his practice.
