Absolutely love living here! The staff is amazing—especially Jennifer, who is always ready to help with a great attitude and a smile. The entire property is clean, well-maintained, and most importantly, feels safe. There have been some beautiful updates recently, including a refreshed gym and stylish new pool furniture, which really add to the overall experience. It truly feels like home—5 out of 5!

I wanted to take a minute to recognize the staff at legacy south Miami. The apartments are nice and well maintained but what really keeps the place going is Jennifer, she’s the best building manager we’ve had since I’ve been here. I have never needed anything that hasn’t been met with the upmost attention and promptness. The maintenance guys Orlando and Amado are not only professional and efficient but kind and friendly. It is such an enjoyable place to live and I hope this staff never changes.
